Shipping
All rings ordered from Unique Titanium Wedding Rings ship free within the USA . Our primary shipper is the US Postal Service Priority Mail and we also use UPS. Items over $500 will require a signature. Under $500 signature will only be required if requested and there is a $8.00 fee for this service.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, please email for rates and availability. Shipping within the State of NJ, or orders that are picked up must pay 7% sales tax.
Shipping to other international destinations is $30.00. Duty or taxes may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping methods include USPS International Priority, Express or Registered Mail.
Order processing
Ordering your wedding rings is a very important part of your wedding planning. Please feel free to call at any time. Your order is placed with the jeweler immediately. Delivery time to you is two to five weeks depending on the jeweler and your destination. If you need your ring or rings sooner, please let us know and we will check if we can accommodate your date prior to placing the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express on line. We also accept personal checks and money orders. You have options on how to place your order. You can order online with our secure server or off line by sending your order via mail. If ordering offline, please make checks payable to Basil-Ltd.com, our parent company. Please note: The descriptor on your credit card statement will say Basil-Ltd.com with our phone number 609-585-4127.

Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days from date of receipt. All items must be returned in new, unworn, unaltered and unused condition. Our rings are made to order and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price. Please email Maryloga@optonline.net for a Return Authorization Number which must accompany your package.
All returned items must be packed carefully in their original box or pouch. Please note you are responsible for ensuring a safe return (i.e. please send United States Postal Service Insured, Global Priority or UPS insured for the full value). Items returned without a Return Authorization Number, or are beyond the 15 day return policy period will be accepted at our discretion and incur 50% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of customized products including engraving of rings, rings that have been altered or rings that have been previously exchanged. Please call or email with questions or concerns.
Exchanges:
We can exchange rings for another size or style within 15 days of receipt. Rings must be returned in new, unworn, unaltered and unused condition. All of our rings are made to order and an exchange will incur a 25% remake fee plus a $15.00 Shipping fee.
